Lovely Devil

Guess which ones of my kids is the angel? It's funny. I ask Hayden, what is Lexie, and he tells me, "Angel." When I ask him "What are you?" He says "De-gel" (Can't quite say "devil" yet). But I guess he is a cross between an angel and devil so "De-gel" is appropriate! Credits

Jolly Holliday

Lexie at 7 months old

This is Lexie at 7 months old. She is starting to sit up unassisted, babbles a lot when she's happy, and on good days can sleep straight to 5:30 in the morning before she gets a bottle. She is such an angel!

This is me and Lexie at one day old. We're getting her all dressed and dolled up to bring her home from the hospital.

Here's one of the kids at Roger's Garden. I wanted to take more pumpkin patch pictures, but Hayden was really enthralled by the toy train installation and wouldn't budge from looking at the train. I just ended up taking tons of pictures of Lexie in the pumpkins.

Halloween 2008

We had a blast trick-or-treating this year with Hayden and Lexie. Lexie was dressed as a baby bee, and Hayden was Mickey Mouse. It was funny that Hayden was too scared to trick-or-treat from the ghosts and goblins who were handing out candy, but had no problems with all the pretty blonde princesses who were handing out candy. For the former, he'd tell me, "I'm too scared! I don't want to go in there." For the pretty girls, he'd march right up to them, and said, "Trick-or-Treat."

This is a two-page LO I made using Tangie Baxter's Midnight in the Parlor and Charming Fright Night. I also used Jodie McNally's Halloween Word Art.

Tales of My Childhood by Mimilou Designs

This is a picture of me and the kids reading at a library. If we have time, we stop by on our walks and I'll read to Hayden and Lexie while Anthony reads his car magazines!

Here's one of Hayden having tons of fun at the park. He had a blast playing on the slides and then pushing the button on the water fountain just to see the water run! Kit used is Ethan's Backyard by Ziggle Designs at scraporchard, and WordArt by Elegant WordArt by Bethany also at scraporchard.

Mimilou Designs

Here are two more LO's using Mimilou Designs the World of Color (Word Art by Jodie McNally) and Greedy Pleasure (to be released on 10/26/08). The first LO is of Hayden and Lexie being cute together, and the second one is of Lexie at exactly 6 months old. She's able to smile, eat solids, and yell when she's frustrated at you. She's only waking once or twice at night, and is such a sweet little baby!

Halloween

We went to a Halloween store with lots of scary looking products, and Hayden actually got scared! He said, "I want to leave!" Here's a picture of me and Hayden. Look at his terrified expression! The poor kid.

Twilight

Well, you can say I'm hooked on this series. I was number 38 on the waiting list at the library for this book, so I actually went out and BOUGHT it. Not only did I buy the first book, I bought all four of them! Highly recommended for an escapist romance novel. Swoon.
